You will know by the way this post is worded that I haven't got a clue what I am talking about but here goes..... My son says he updated something (god knows what) but ever since then every time he clicks on something like Internet Explorer, Google, etc (any of that icon things on the first page) as message comes up - Entry Point Not Found. The procedure entry point RtlCopyContext could not be located in the dynamic library ntdll.dll.
Is this a major problem? Any help would be great.
Its a Dell Inspiron N5030 with Windows 7

Sounds like a failed SP1 install. Following the following procedure:

Open Installed Updates by clicking the Start button Picture of the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking Programs, and then, under Programs and Features, clicking View installed updates.
Click the update that you want to remove, and then click Uninstall. Administrator permission required If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

Remove any or all of the following updates:

KB2533623
KB2507938
KB2555917

If that doesn't work and you have a Windows 7 disc available there's another procedure, or you could try a System Restore.
