Good luck, it took them 5 months to sort my last specs out. Complete and utter shambles.

Got my first specs from them in Thurso two years ago and had awful problems with not seeing properly. Went back and had the prescription checked and the reading glasses had been transposed so everything was blurred. The following year happened to be in Edinburgh when OH was having his eyes tested when someone phoned to cancel. I was given the cancellation and found out the reading glasses were completely the wrong prescription and I don`t need distance glasses at all... no wonder I kept falling off kerbs with them. Also discovered I have optic nerve damage in my left eye which should have been picked up before and wearing the wrong glasses has done nothing to help.

I now have no confidence in having eyes tested in a tent, but knew no better until I was treated in a consulting room last year.
