Except for those of us who have sacked them for gross incomptence, and use other service providers for phone and internet! Sure, BT (Openreach) still operate the wires, but at least you don't have to try and deal with the divots directly. Some other poor sod has to! At least those poor sods are easy to deal with. [lol]

Yes, you are so right.
As it happens we too are now looking at finding another provider, and our reason for that is that we believe that BT are completely incompetent.
You might be interested that a certain local councillor is actively taking issue with regard to the incompetence of BT. in the houses of parliament.
