Not really a tech question, but a downright gripe for General (got a gripe thread?)
3 mobile are the most useless mobile network provider; period.
Got a new model phone to unlock; rang 3 they say will get code from Samsung, will take five days. So rang Samsung, who said that was a load of nonsense, as 3 can do it without contacting them. Five days elapsed, no call from 3, so rang them again, to be told that it will take a further two weeks to get code.. Totally rubbish company? yep. It's obvious. considering their customer service (joke) reviews on Google, and the fact they keep you waiting, so as you'll stay with em..
