black labrador missing

Just had a call to report that Jake a 3 yr old black labrador has gone missing about an hour ago from the Spring Park area of Thurso. His owners are extremely worried and out looking for him at his usual haunts. He went missing from the garden and it is not like him to stray. Thank god ! I feel very happy and little bit comfortable after hearing his return but how did they missed him and where do you think he has been when he was missing ? :confused
