Learner Driver

Can anyone recommend somewhere that I could take my daughter for her first few driving lessons. (somewhere around Thurso) She has just turned 17 and I would like to take her somewhere that we can be sure there will be no other vehicles. She has never driven before and is very lacking in confidence so it would be good to take her somewhere really quiet.
