Short eared owl.

Was delighted to see one today in the Broubster area. have seen elsewhere but 1st sighting in Caithness.

We had a short eared owl sitting on the garden fence last week in Castletown :-)

Lizz, we've seen it several times over the last month or two, and it's often been quite obliging whilst we stop to gawp at it, lol... delighted you've now seen it too! :D

There is one regularly hunting in the Shurrery area, I've seen it on and off for 2 years now.
