yoga classes

Does anyone know if there are any yoga classes in Caithness?

hiya
there are Yoga classes along with keep fit classes at the assembly rooms
the yoga ones are on a tues night at 6 or 6:30 i cant remember.. but if you go by the pool in wick there are flyers on the door with phone numbers and times... hope that helps

I think there is one in Thurso College on a Tuesday evening as well.
