so instead of 10 months locked up and being abused he now gets 3 years and treatment to try and sort his messed up head out. He is not seen as being a threat to any child if not in prison, and is likely to be attacked and abused and probably become suicidal if sent to prison.

I really do not see any problem with that at all. I think the appeal court has in this instance got it spot on.

Far better result that this one if you ask me.

the appeal court never gave much thought to the poor kids in these pictures, that man should have been left to rot and take his punishment, what sort of example is this to set.
