carrot cake topping

does anyone know the topping for a carrot cake using Phillidelffia cheese

Carrot cake cream cheese frosting

225g cream cheese
50g softened butter
50g light brown sugar
a few drops vanilla extract

For the frosting beat the 4 ingredients together until thoroughly blended, light and fluffy

My auntie just used Philly cheese and icing sugar and kept whipping until it turned slightly lemon coloured.

50g phili
50g butter
225g icing sugar
tsp lemon juice

Mix all together

The one I do is

200g of philly
500g icing sugar
50g butter
2 tbsp double cream
1tsp lemon juice

Pop in a blender until smooth

I sometimes do a white chocolate version that is a little stiffer - good if you need to transport it :) Just do the recipe above and stir in 200g of melted white chocolate.

I like the juxtaposition of using rabbit paté on the top of my carrot cake. Less calories and more dentist friendly! Just don't eat a bit immediately before going for a check up though....
