I offer structural and architectural design of domestic and commercial buildings.
I can also design your house new extension or prepare your loft conversion design.
Also designs for self build homes are available.
I will prepare your drawings for Planning Application and detailed drawing, structural calculations, SAP rating calculations and other required for your Building Warrant Application.
I can also fill in your Planning or/and Building Warrant Application in the price of the design if required and I can act as your professional agent in contacts with Planning and Building authorities.
