Bus Shelters - someone from Portgower?

Noticed today as drove down the A836 at Strathy; the bus shelter by Steven Terrace has a very nice brown leather two-person sofa inside it.. AND at the Newlands of Geise Bush Shelter on the B874 a couple of miles west of Thurso, has had for the last two days a practically new pair of trainers sat right at the entrance.. who's doing this? :confused

I think that's very considerate of the Council...a settee if the buses are running late and then you can have a sit down. And a pair of trainers in case the bus doesn't turn up at all and you have to run to your appointment......:roll:
I am so glad my Council tax is being spent wisely, I wonder if we could have a TV installed as well into the bus shelters......;)
