and how much roughly you's would speand on a brand new + second hand ones,

Xbox for sure. For a new on about £150-200, maybe < £100 second hand.

Xbox live is utterly superb. it costs £40 a year but its worth it. Things like sky player, Zune, Last FM all on it, plus of course your online gaming.
