Can anyone give me any information with regards the "Caves" beneath harbour terrace in Wick. I believe they were once used as stables. Some have been opened up and are illuminated but the others have been filled in and bricked up. Does anyone know who carried out this work and when it was done. It was proberbly more than 20 years ago and was thought to have involved Caithness and Sutherland District Council but does anyone know.
