Caithness Artists Exhibition 2011 - Information Wanted!

Could anyone point me in the direction of any information regarding submitting work for the Caithness Artists exhibition this year? I'm not having any luck finding any information online, and a phone number I found for the secretary of the society is ringing out.Thankyou!

Handing in is between 10am and 2pm on Saturday 30th July at Thurso High School, maximum 4 works per artist framed and ready to hang.

2nd to 13th August, usually 2 to 5pm and 6:30 to 9pm and 2 to 4pm on final day (not open on the Sunday)

and if one submits an artwork, does one get to meet HRH?

Do you have to fill in an entry form or can you just turn up with artwork? And how much is it to enter artwork?

Just turn up, hanging fee of £5 which allows you to submit up to 4 items
