don't know about Wick, but a very good one in Thurso: Sinclairs shoe repairs opposite the Bank of Scotland, very good, reasonable prices, and pleasant service

Have you tried the new ironmongers on Bridge Street? Not sure if they have key cutting facilities but could be worth a try. They certainly try to oblige when necessary.... ;)

J & J.M. Shearers in the lane off Bridge Street used to provide this service but I'm not sure if they are still trading....
