Lost dog?

There a little terrier type dog running around my area. I amOn Harrow terrace. Im not sure what breed it is. It's a small long haired thing. All the kids reckon it bites as he seems a bit bad tempered. Been running around for a few days. It's wearing a collar not been able to get close enough to check if a name tag on it. Anyone lost it or know who's it is? If I see it the morn i will phone dog warden as it seems to just be left to it's own devices all day an I am worried it could hurt one of the kids.

There have been previous threads about this dog, it seems to roam around Wick a lot.

Is there any point phoning dog warden then or should I just leave it? Doesn't seem fair on the dog either to be left wandering around. We nearly ran him over before he is gonna end up hurt or hurting someone else. If someone doesn't look after their pet properly it should be taken off them

I come accross him roaming about all the time. He jumps the fence and gate and gets out. I do worry he is going to get run down one day though.
