I saw charity cyclist Paul cycling in golspie this afternoon heading for John O'Groats from lands end. He should arrive at JOG tomorrow, and is wearing a bright yellow t-shirt. When you have passed him in your car give him a toot on the horn and a wave to give him encouragement on what must be the worst part of his journey.
