Seriously, where is the squeaking coming from i.e. sole, leg, or the lining? Would a little vaseline around whatever joint is responsible, work? Good luck!

You can buy kids wellies and shoes with a deliberate squeak in them...the squeaky ones cost more so be thankful you were not charged for it!
