Bad behaviour alleged at Wick and Thurso
LOGAN FOORD appeared from custody at Wick Sheriff Court today and denied a single charge.
It accused him of behaving in a threatening or abusive manner in Thurso’s New Market Bar, on Sunday, shouting at Teri MacKenzie, following her outside and arguing with her, and punching a window.
Foord (28) of Upper Burnside Drive, Thurso, was granted bail and will return to court for his trial on August 15.
Also appearing from custody was Karen Nicolson, of Queen’s Square, Wick. She denies behaving in a disorderly manner, there, threatening to harm others and committing a breach of the peace.
Nicolson (45) also pleaded not guilty to resisting arrest, on Friday, and struggling with police officers.
She was also granted bail and will stand trial on September 1.
