Just got sad news that Swewart Neil (Big Johhny) of The Maurice Lynch Showband from Ireland
died yesterday in Canada
He would have been 72 today
He sang lead vocals on Biddy Reill and Tippy Toeing
He spend the Last 40 years playing in Canada and Summers in Mexico
A great Entertainer

So sorry to hear of his death; a sad loss indeed. Good to hear he was still entertaining, it was what he was born to do.
