BT Phonebook

Does anyone know how to get hold of a new copy of the BT phonebook, or when the next one is due out? Recently got a yellow pages delivered, but since moving to a new property over a year ago we've not had a BT phonebook.

I have tried searching on the internet, and BT's website. I can order a copy for £10, but you get them for free normally.

You will have to phone them (BT) from memory, the phone book for the Highland and Islands is distributed Dec/Jan (partner worked for the Phone Book) If you explain since moving over a year ago you have not received one, they should send you one FOC. The other thing is, when you say you moved to a new house, do you mean a new build? If that's the case you may need to go to the council to get the house number / name registered. The Yellow Pages have nothing to do with BT, so that's why you have got one of them, and not the Phone Book.
