Is there anywhere up here where I can get second hand food grade barrels, drums or tubs ? I am looking for 20-60 liter ones preferably with lid but would take larger ones.

Suggest you try the Hotels, the College, the schools, the chip shop will probably have large food containers/drums too. Try the bakeries too.
