Nuts & Bolts

When we lived in Canada my mother used to prepare a party nibble called 'Nuts and Bolts'. Had a variety of different nuts and other things in, dizzled with olive oil and sprinkled with salt and maybe spices, then warmed in the oven. Does anyone have a definitive recipe?

I have a recipe somewhere but its an indian version and the nuts are gently pan fried with spices,its quite good for nibbly bits:) can look it out if your intrested
