Assault and threatening behaviour denied
A WICK man has denied a charges of assault and threatening or abusive behaviour.
Andrew Bacon (54) appeared from custody at Wick Sheriff Court today and was granted conditional bail pending his trial on August 17.
The charges allege that he parked his van alongside a car being loaded by Shaun Hutchison c/o The Bike Shop, High Street, Thurso, thereby blocking it. Bacon, of High Street, Wick, is also accused of head-butting Mr Hutchison and punching him in the face, to his injury.
