Jeid ma moderator man

if I post the plasi url on caithness.org and it links to a site quite openly swearing, I will be suspended, or whatever. This I know.

but

If I link to a site that has swear words implied, rather than actually typed, will i get the same ban?

also, if that sites links to another 20 sites before it hits porn, will that also be banned.

(just so you know I dont do adult websites, im just asking a what if?)

reply quickly I can see there are more moderators online atm than real people...lol :oP

I think this clears it up for you Rob.

Users should also be aware that although the page they link to may seem innocent enough on first glance, it may be linked to adult content. Websites should at least be checked for an "acceptable use policy" outlining a policy on adult content or that any adult content on the website is more than 2 links away from the url posted.

It's been said that if we have to look hard to find it, then it "should" be ok. Although, don't directly quote me on that. Just be careful what you post.

so if my link, say, www.plastic-foos.co.uk (http://www.plastic-foos.co.uk) contained the 'concept' of a swear word then id be banned or whatever?

Jeid this is not personal as ya know i think yer a dude, but yer also a mod and I know I have more chance of getting sense out of you than any other person/and or persons from lord of the rings.
