Do you have a dream to live in Thailand and spend your days in the sun?
Pattaya Jet Boat Fun is a new established business in Thailand, wholly owned by me, English born man, and has spent my life’s savings to realise a dream of settling into Thailand and establishing this unique business.
The Jet boat I purchased in the USA and had it imported to Thailand to create this thrilling experience for tourists visiting Pattaya, approx. 5 million visitors each year visit Pattaya from all 4 corners of the earth. You can find out more about Pattaya here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pattaya
I have just had the entire Jet Boat overhauled, so new twin Jet Engines, tacos steering lines, throttle lines and much more, it has also a lot of modifications on board, including sound system, wakeboard tower to mention a few, it is also set on a new galvanized trailer, fully braked.
What I have to offer is.

• Fully registered Thai Company.
• A Yamaha Jet Boat.
• All safety equipment (monogramed life jackets, towels etc.)
• Also a brand new double cab Toyota Hilux 3.0D Pickup modified with a people carrier on the back.

What has gone into this business set up is a year’s worth of work and running around chasing my tail, all this to run short of cash at the final hurdle.
My aim is a full day tour for customers from hotels (1000’s of hotels in Pattaya) consisting of hotel pickup, safety de-briefing, off the islands, water tube rides, water ski, thrill rides, BBQ, snorkelling & beach time, before we head back to mainland and return customers to their hotels.
I have spent many years in Caithness and understand that a lot of people are looking to do something else with their life, I am currently reviewing 5 offers at the moment, because all my time effort, energy and sole has gone into this business I will not just take anyone on board, I am looking to get the best offer and I am not talking about money because the price will be the same for whomever I decide I can work with and would put their sole into it.
Typical living costs here, rent a 2 bed home for £180pm, electric £20pm, eating out 60p.
This is no joke it is that cheap.
Please email me, ian@pattayajetboatfun.com please include your contact details (no mobile phone numbers please) for further information on costs, visas, etc, I can provide the tour brochures and number crunching to the right candidate.
This is a genuine offer; I will telephone you personally myself. It’s even passable you know me I did spend 14 years in Thurso.

Best of luck to you smithia6. You have done well. It's not my kettle of fish but I would remind any potential investors to invest in Scotland. You too Smith. You have the potential to help build a new country.
Don't mean to hijack your offer but theres a new mood in Scotland these days. Itll be interesting to see if it grows over the next few years.

Corrie, its no joke you can keep an eye out on my website its under construction at the moment but the address is www.pattayajetboatfun.com
And no don't want or would ever ask for any account numbers.

I forgot to add why I am looking in Caithness and not taken up offers I have had here.... well
I am looking at Cainhness people, because they are mainly honest hard working people, I may even know you, i'll tell you who I am Do you remember Ian Smith, I worked as a plasterer for Despy, I was in Thurso fire brigade in the early 90's.

Why I have not taken up offers here yet, The people who have placed offers 2 American's 1 South African and 2 Brits, but why, I can't really trust them their attitude is not what I would want, they are rich and playboys and would see my business as a toy, to me its my life, I have spent an entire fortune setting this up and greasing palms at Customs and Police etc, on top of all other expencies to gete a fully registered company, licences and registrations, I wont let anyone destroy it.

This was an ongoing problem for some time, it even came the point the police would not get involved any more, but I am glad to say the Mayor at city hall has jumped on this and stomped them into the ground.

I also have an alliance with several jet ski operators, it is overseen by me, discounted rates for Pattaya jetboat customers, all defects are clearly marked on a form and shown to you before you take the ski out (like you would expect to see on a car hire form) and extra commissions paid to me for allowing my customers on their jet ski.

Try my mate Theo and some of his mates too. You may stand a chance of pitching your bumf to them lot as you have the business structure in place.
