Garage Roof - Recs Pls

Can anyone help?

I am looking to either replace my garage roof completely, it currently has corrugated iron on it and I believe asbestos is below it. This leaves me with a problem of disposing of the asbestos correctly. Can anyone tell me where, how, who?
Other option is to put a roof over the one which is already their. Not 100% sure what to do and would welcome any recommendations from anyone who has done this before or knows of someone who could do this for me for a reasonable cost.

I had to get rid of asbestos 3 years ago, there are different types, the type I had I could dispose of myself, I got a form from SEPA in Thurso and double bagged it and took it to the dump, you pay for the permision and the dumping.
Contact SEPA to see what the rules are at the moment.
Wick Blast have recently recently been licenced to handle asbestos.

My mum got a new roof put on by SID Building Services. They were excellent, very professional and did a brilliant job.
