Hi... an old colleague and friend of mine, Colin Earnshaw --t: 07813513860 does EPCs for new builds so should be able to help you out. I do EPCs through my company, however for existing buildings. I assume you are looking for calculations for planning requirements perhaps. I am sure Colin will help you, or at least point you in the right direction. Regards Lesley Coghill
