call your network operator customes services. and ask for a Personal Unblocking Code (PUK) hope this helps

Do you mean unblock it after you have entered the pin wrong or unlock it so that you can use a different sim card in it?

Whats the make and model of the phone

I take its locked to another provider eg vodafone and you want to use it on o2 ???

sony ericsson t610.received 2 from supplier by mistake and they have blocked one of them.o2.

Sounds like they might have blocked the IMEI number. If so you can't unblock it legally. I would have expected them just to get it picked up by their courier though.

It can be unlocked but has to be done via a cable

If you look hard enough you can get programs to change the imei number (individual number) of the mobile and change it to another one

However if caught it can go along with 5 years in the clink and a heftey fine as well

Best bet is to find out if they have barred the imei number of the phone does it take any other provider sim cards (vodafone orange etc) if it will then it can be unlocked via a cable however if it work with any of them it will more than likely be barred your best bet then is to sell it for spare parts its not work more than that
