Anyone any idea what's going on? On the A836 which runs along the top via Bettyhill, Reay and Thurso, at the Sutherland/Caithness border a big rough wooden sign has been attached to the 'official' Caithness border - about 4 foot square, with red paint:

GODS COUNTRY HA HA
NO MACKAYS!

I know that a short while ago a posh slate engraved 'Mackay Country' post was put up there, but looks like that's now got a chip out of the emblem..
Clan Wars? can understand - in a way - as don't recall seeing slate posts proclaiming "Sinclair Country" over in Caithness, or "Gunn County"?
