Come along to Thurso Esplanade on Saturday 16th April for a 5K Spring Scurry.
There is no pressure to run - walking is fine! Open to all ages but under 8's must be accompanied by an adult.
A £2 Registration fee will be charged with money raised being donated to local charities. Walkers/runnners can register any time from 12-noon at the start of the esplanade (behind A&D House Furnishers) and the walk/run will start at 1 pm.
Stay on for the Beach Games Day at 2 pm in association with Wave North.
