I want to move something from one of my files into this space, but I have been unsuccessful. I've tried Clip & Paste......is there a way to do it ?

You need to upload the picture to an image hosting service such as http://www.imageshack.us (http://www.imageshack.us/) and then link to the file on their server using the "insert image" icon in your "Reply to Thread" window. Sounds complicated, but I'm sure your divine allies will cluster round and advise......:eek: but it's actually fairly self-explanatory when you see it on screen.
