I,m delighted to inform the Org that Citylink deserve a big pat on the back for service.

We booked a text ticket for the 745 am leaving Portree only to discover there was going to be a 3hr wait until 215pm to get another bus from Fort William to Glasgow the reason we wanted that bus is so that my daughter didnt get off the bus at Fort William.

We emailed this morning and a lovely lady contacted me to see if it was ok to talk,this is fantastic;some understanding of disability issues.
She was able to rebook the ticket and send a new text.

No idea why this happend but just be carefull when your trying to leave Skye for Glasgow they might leave you stranded in FortWilliam for three hours .
