Thank you everyone :) just home this afternoon and it looks like i will be housebound for a while or at least not driving myself anywhere :( feeling a lot better thanks to the staff at CG and the two very nice ambulance men that picked me up on monday night

haha thanks ricco, to be honest i don't know what i did, i was on antibiotics that made me throw up (for an eye infection) so they got stopped (saturday night) then sunday started with an aching back and by the time i had done one shift monday morning by lunch time i was reduced to crawling to get around, now just about walking upright again but using a walking stick if not in the house :(
