Annoyance with business index on this site

Does anyone know how to get a website submitted to a business index submission on this site.

I have made a website as requested by a company already listen on this site and have tried to get the webmasters to update their entry with latest information (web site address and new mobile numbers) by e-mail, by snail mail and by using the electronic submission on the business index over a period of about 2 months now and nothing has been updated.

Anyone else had this problem or know how I can get this updated any time soon?
