can't keep them all Aaldtimer, this one is the only male kid on a particular bloodline within the national herd so genetically speaking a bit special, because they are classified as a rare breed it's important to try and preserve the bloodlines.
To rear surplus males for meat is ok but GG's aren't really big goats so the only other alternative is to castrate them and try to find pet homes for them which isnt easy, they do make excellent pets though, very docile and people friendly
