April 3rd: We have a special menu to spoil Mum or choose from our everyday menu:
Mothers day special: Selection of Dainty Sandwiches, Savoury Vol u Vent, Scone with Jam & Cream, home baked cake and a choice from 2 homemade sweets. Pot of tea or coffee, all served on beautiful bone china.

We went to the Tea Cosy for a cream tea on Mothers Day and I have to say it was a delight! The tea was a perfect brew,the scones were light and fluffy,the children loved their hot chocolates with cream,strawberry jam with real strawberrys in and homemade chocolate cake made with proper chocolate! Absolutely wonderful,our hosts were kind,friendly and chatty and the beautiful china,silver teapots and proper old fashioned cake forks made everthing extra special! Thank u for a memorable mothers day treat! I can t wait for a reason to go back!
