Gluten free food

Just been to Tesco Wick and they have gluten free sausages (frozen), burger (£1 for 4) as well as the fish fingers. Also have pizza but didn't get any of them.

Tesco also do diabetic ice cream, got some in for our friends, must admit it tasted delicious

Thank goodness its about time i know where i will going. Coop in thurso was stocking gluten free foods then it has slowly vanished .

A lot of the local butchers seem to be offering gluten free products now aswell. I'm planning offering gluten free sandwiches in the shop within the next few weeks with the new menu change, also looking into gluten free baking
