Super Moon 19-03-11

Last nights Super Moon. (19-03-11) The moon was at it`s closest to the Earth for more than 18 years, a distance of only 221,565 miles away. Had some focusing issues last night, not sure why but still thought I`d post this...

Great shots tjc,focus looks fine,good detail too,must have been something in the air last night because i was focusing like a total idiot.
Never got it spot on at all.

They are still very good shots tjc, certainly wasn't a waste of your time.

I was hoping to see some of MPH's and Astroman's efforts on here, their pics always blow me away.

This year will still be a good year for the moon being close to Earth, and May 2012 will bring it just as close as the one on Saturday.
