Outside tap

Can anyone recommend someone to fit this for me?

My hose won't fit on the taps in the house!:(

What kind of tap do you have? Can you not get a fitting to suit? I thought we would struggle with ours, but we managed to get a fitting suitable.

It's hard to describe but our taps are 'straight down' so we couldn't get the hose on even with a fitting.

Where abouts do you stay? I could have a look and advise you how to fit an outside tap yourself. Can even sell you the materials to do it. :-)
