Dog barking constantly from 6am

One of my neighbours has a dog who gets thrown out very early in the morning. This morning it was around 6am! The dog barks constantly at everything and nothing!! It can go on some nights until 11pm!
Its doing my head in! The neighbours closer to me are fed up with it also!
It NEVER gets walked. The poor thing must be bored out its mind!

I should add, I dont believe its being physically abused.

Can anything be done about this does anyone know?

The dog warden can have a talk to the owners.
If anything its causing a noise nuisance.
If the talking to from the dog warden doesnt work, she will go back.
And will give you ideas on what you can do...noise diaries etc...

Blondie I agree with Dadie in that you should contact the dog warden.

Why on earth do they have a dog when they don't bother with it?!!!![evil]
