Has anyone the skills to tidy up this old photo of my Mother in Law and late Father in Law for me?

I am looking to send her a present for her 93rd birthday and this was one of her favourite pictures.

Thats such a nice idea. im not a pro when it comes to photoshop but i gave it a go...

That's great, thank you very much for that, stroma88.

It's a wedding photo, so I think it's a button hole on his coat and I think the marking on the shirt is fasion of that era.

Thank's again and I think the old girl will be delighted with that.
