The following information is regarding a PCE service called R&M 365 which offers a repairs and maintenance service Caithness Wide.

The inspiration behind R&M 365 is to draw down on existing expertise held by Pentland Housing Association Ltd, the leading Housing Association in Caithness, based in Thurso. The Association provides high quality repairs and maintenance services to its 500 tenanted properties throughout Caithness. The aim is to extend these services to private landlord and householders within Caithness.

All profits from R&M 365 shall be reinvested into further community projects, via Pentland Community Enterprises, the subsidiary of Pentland Housing Association, which will aim to improve the social, cultural and economic environment within Caithness.

Pentland Community Enterprises is a holder of the Social Enterprise Mark, a UK wide recognised Community Interest Company which assesses businesses to ensure their prime aims are to trade for “people and planet”.

R&M 365 Key Facts

Membership of R&M 365 means you never have to worry about a burst pipe, an electricity failure or any other home emergency again. Simply phone our helpline and our experienced team of officers will deal with the problem for you. By becoming a member of R&M 365 whenever you report a fault or request a repair our helpful staff will take all details of the problem and then allocate a tradesman to carry out the works.

We will also remind you when essential gas servicing is required through our helpful reminder system.

Our staff will deal with all invoices from the tradesmen sending them onto you, the customer, for payment.

In the unlikely event of any complaints or problems our staff are trained to ensure that you get the quickest response.

For landlords R&M 365 can arrange annual, legally required, testing and servicing.

Energy Performance Certificates (EPC’s) can also be arranged as and when required by our other trading subsidiary.
