Worry is like a rocking chair,
it gives you something to do but very
rarely gets you anywhere.

Always forgive your ememies.
Nothing annoys them more.

When all else fails,
read the instructions.

Arguing with a fool
proves there are two.

Aim for the moon.
Even if you miss,
you'll still hit the stars.

Anyone know any more ?

We all get heavier as we get older because there is a lot more information in our heads. So, I'm not fat, I'm just really intelligent and my head couldn't hold any more information so it started filling up the rest of me. LOL to all robyn

Oh I do like that - think I'll print it large and stick it up in a few places as it's definitely one of my greatest vices. Help - I'm doing it now :(

Women don't have hot flushes, they have power surges.
If you want to know something, ask a teenager while they still know it all.

Only problem there is that some 'teenagers' would appear to remain such for a great many years after.

Not a problem Robyn, just I was beginning to have 'seniors moments' about it myself. Actually I think I'd be flattered if it was mine!

I heard it as " Employ a Teenager while they still know it all"

and " Ensure Brain is engaged before putting mouth into gear" was always a good one.

We Can Work It Out (Lennon/McCartney)

Try to see it my way,
Do I have to keep on talking till I can't go on?
While you see it your way,
Run the risk of knowing that our love may soon be gone.
We can work it out,
We can work it out.
Think of what you're saying.
You can get it wrong and still you think that it's alright.
Think of what I'm saying,
We can work it out and get it straight, or say good night.
We can work it out,
We can work it out.
Life is very short, and there's no time
For fussing and fighting, my friend.
I have always thought that it's a crime,
So I will ask you once again.
Try to see it my way,
Only time will tell if I am right or I am wrong.
While you see it your way
There's a chance that we may fall apart before too long.
We can work it out,
We can work it out.
