Problems with Orange Broadband

Does anybody know if friends are having problems with Orange Broadband

I have Orange Broadband and other than the usual I have no Problems at all.

Had 3 Orange customers on Saturday all having similar problems - connection fine but no web pages or e-mails coming through. Went on phone to Orange for 3/4 hour and who insisted on going through all the checks & diagnostics I'd already performed, and eventually got them to admit the problem must be at their end! They said they'd need 24-48 hours to resolve which would have been this afternoon...
