IE security popup

Can anyone please help with an IE Security popup for SkypeNames wanting to run a program.

Not allowing it doesnt work, nor does " do not show me this warning again "

It's popping up every 30 seconds.

I have an Acer Aspire 5535 running Vista Basic.

Get yourself onto Chrome or Firefox or some other proper browser, and all your security related hassles will most likely disappear!

So if I change to Firefox, the popup will disappear ?
