Hi,
I have ~10year old PC that runs a piece of special scientific equipment. It has stopped powering on and although I’ve changed the power pack it is completely dead. I’m wondering if it’s the mother board and would like to see if someone is able to check some of the major circuit on the mother board or even the on/off switch. The computer is specially configured to run with a scientific instrument and it may not be possible simply to swap to another computer. There are a number of old ISA full length card so I’m really looking to see if I can track down the problem before looking at a replacement. I’m happy to pay for someone time to have good look at it with a circuit tester.
