RBL Thurso sessions:

Tuesday 18th January - 1400-1600 & 1700-2000
Wednesday 19th January - 0930-1130 & 1230-1430

Blood stocks are quite low at this time and I received an extra letter requesting attendance as they are keen to get donors there. I was surprised to read that only 6% of the population donate so it is vital that all those that can make it really make an effort.

I would love to give blood. But I had a plasma tranfusion when I was a baby so can't donate.

I donated a few weeks back and got a letter just before asking me to make a special effort to do so as stocks of my blood group were low. Its a mystery to me why people who can donate dont do so. Free tea and biccies people !!

Im a blood donor however i wasnt advised that they were up this month... so i never got the chance to give.
I think they should be advertising it with posters around the area or something like that... might get more people turn up then.

I usually get a letter telling me but never got one.
