If anyone is planning their wedding soon. I would like to recommend the Weigh Inn. Yes the Weigh Inn!!
Not wanting a big fuss we booked our wedding ceremony and dance there in Sept 2010. Then were told all sorts of horror stories!! :roll:
BAD RUMOURS BAD PRESS!
The whole day was beautiful, the place looked amazing for the ceremony then quickly changed with no fuss for the dinner (which was AMAZING) and then again for the dance.
The manager Jorge was at hand all day and couldn't be more helpful.
We had 3 practise runs the week before the big day and I have to say it was definitely a good choice of venue. The staff were friendly, helpful and actually gave the whole evening a lovely atmosphere.
So don't sell the Weigh Inn Hotel short. It really was fantastic. All my guests have raved about the wedding since... from the meal both taste and portions to the welcoming atmosphere and overall ambiance.
So HOORAY for the Weigh Inn Hotel and BIG THANKS for a lovely day!:)
